	Membership
	Joining the Library
	Residents of the Town of Bruce Mines, Plummer Additional Township and Johnson Township may join the library free of charge. Residents from other municipalities may join the library for a fee of $20.00 per year. The library offers seasonal cards to persons residing in our community for short periods of time. The cost of a seasonal card is $5.00 per month or $20.00 for the year. To obtain a library card, come into the library and complete a card application form. Photo ID is required.
	Loan Periods
	The loan period for books, audio books, CD’s and book & tape kits is three weeks. The loan period for movies and magazines is one week.
	Fines
	Our library charges a late fee for items return after the due date. The cost of the fines are $0.10 per day for books up to the price of the book, $0.50 per day for movies up to $20.00, and $1.00 per day for Interlibrary loan items.
	Renewals
	If, at the end of the loan period, you have not finished the book or still need the materials you have borrowed, you may renew the items either in person or over the phone. Renewals can only be processed on items that do not have a reserve on by another patron. Call the library at 785-3370.
	Reserves
	If you would like a book from our collection, which is not on the shelf, you may ask to have a reserve put on it. When the book is returned to the library we will call you to let you know it is in.
